RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you wear — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, simply Click Here.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Log in using your email ID to access your customer account.
  2. Your profile will open with your order history.
  3. Select the order you'd like to return.
  4. Click "Request Return" on the right side of the order.
  5. Choose the item(s) and reason for return.
  6. Click "Complete Return" to finish the process.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email and arrange a pick-up.

Please ensure:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • The parcel is packed securely in the original shipping bag with the shipping label

Refunds

  • Once we receive the return and it passes our quality check, the amount will reflect in your customer account as store credit issued within 2–5 working days
  • This credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • It can be used only once 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Important Notes

  • Items returned without tags or original packaging will not be accepted
  • Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange
  • In case of a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at themissyco@gmail.com along with a photo
  • Items not meeting the return conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no amount will be reimbursed

 


 

Swimwear
Swimwear falls under the intimate category and is not eligible for return or credit note.
We only accept size exchange, and the product stickers & labels must be intact for it to be eligible.

Accessories / Bags
We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories and bags.

Sale Items
All products purchased during a SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests will be accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Only one-time size exchange is allowed per product
  • Once a size has been exchanged, the product becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
