Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please initiate a return from our Return Tab in the main menu.
1. Enter email & code sent to this email to Log in
2. Select the order you want to return by clicking Return Request button on bottom of that order
3. Tick the product to be returned, fill reason for return.
4. Click create return button at the bottom
5. Once the return is approved from our end, you will be notified.
6. We will arrange a pick up for the same
7. Ensure the parcel is packed with original tags in the original shipping bag with the shipping label
8. Credit note will be valid for 3 months subject to it passing our QC
9. Credit note will be issued within 2-5 days upon receiving your return
Once it's received and it passes our quality checks, we will issue a store credit for the product value (minus shipping cost).
This credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and is applicable on all our products.
The credit note should be redeemed all at once. If you use the code for any value below the code amount, the entire code is void and the balance amount cannot be redeemed in any other way.
Products bought using a credit code are not applicable for returns or exchanges.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene purposes, and returned with all original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged/defective piece, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photograph at themissyco@gmail.com
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Swimwear
Since swimwear comes under 'intimate category' there will be no return/ credit note for swimwear. We only accept exchange for swimwear.
Product stickers and label need to be intact for it to be applicable for exchange.
Accessories
We do not accept return/ exchange for accessories/ BAGS.
SALE items are non returnable/ exchangeable.
Exchange Policy
Please create a return request as mentioned above and WRITE EXCHANGE & correct size that you need in notes while creating the request.
Exchange requests will be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
You are allowed to exchange a product for it’s size only once.
If we have provided one size exchange for a product, we cannot accept another return or exchange on that product.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
