Returns will be accepted within 15 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene purposes, and returned with all original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged/defective piece, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photograph at firstname.lastname@example.org
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
A small fee of Rs.80 will be deducted if you choose to return anything and want us to pick up the parcel from the delivery address. This will be deducted from the amount that has to be refunded to you. You do not have to pay Rs.80 if you choose to self-ship the return order to us.
In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. The customer is charged Rs.80 as transportation cost when returning a product. If you do not want to pay this, you can self-ship the product.

For COD Orders, once you return the order, we will issue a credit/ voucher code for the full return amount (minus COD/ shipping charges) upon receiving the product in unused and perfect condition. No cash refunds are made for any products on COD orders. You can use this code at checkout while making your next purchase.
For prepaid orders (where payment is made online), the money will be returned to your bank account.
Exchange request will be accepted within 15 days of delivery.
You are allowed to exchange a product for it’s size only once. This time you will not be re-charged for shipping.
If you wish to exchange the same product for the second time, you would have to return the original item for which you will get a refund and place a new order with the correct item and size.
